Rest
I am sick since last Saturday; it turns worse since Tuesday, I feel dizzy, with slight fever which come and go; my throat is burning, and one of my toes is swollen without me knowing the cause!
As usual, I am a person who hate those little medicine pills given by doctor, the taste of the bitterness in it which left in my mouth when I swallow it make me feel even sick! I will try all other way to cure before I will go for a doctor, a clinic visiting is the last choice I will ever make.
And so, now, with no sign I will be getting well soon, and slight difficulty on walking, I decided to go for a doctor after this post
There were so many thoughts rambling through my mind, in these few days… without the concentration, and the strength to really sit down for an hour or two, those thoughts just fly by without me able to record it down. And now I’ll treasure my health even more.
At certain time, when I was feeling so dizzy, yet I still need to cope with my daily routine and taking care of my two little ones, I really wish, someone will be here taking care of me …
Well, enough mumbling and so, I’ll need to go and see the doctor, and rest.

Get better soon

It is sad to hear this. But I want to share the sad truth with you that nobody would take care of you like you do and you have to care for yourself first before you can take good care of your two little ones. My wife and I are on two extreme sides of this thought. I always seem to be more selfish one in my wife’s eyes but I do believe that if I am healthy, I can do more things with my kids. And if I am happier with my work and passion, I can embrace my kids in fullness with love and passion. Don’t sacrifice your health for caring for others. You need to seek medical advice when needed. It is not just for your benefits, it is all meant for your family and loved ones.

You are right Hin Man, if we can’t even taking care of ourselves, what else can we accomplish in life? I’m agreed with your selfishness, as you fully understand where your responsibility lay in, and with the strong self, you can give more to your family.
It’s essential to let your wife understand your thinking and doing, to prevent any misunderstanding that lead to crisis. Recommend some books or articles to her might help.
Thank you Tony, I’m feeling better today

Hi Joanne,
I am sorry to hear that you are not feeling well. I hope the doctor was able to do something to help you feel better, even if it is taking little, bad-tasting pills.
Get well soon.

Oh no sickness is not fun!!
Well keep your mood up by watching some pointless films or listening to some music or something.
Get well soon!
