The Butterfly Experiment - Day 15

Filed under: Butterfly, Manifesting, Self Improvement — joanne @ 9:07 pm

It’s come into the day 15 for the Butterfly Experiment.

Rob is right, butterfly is a perfect symbol of transformation. I read a post here the other day while I am on my journey of this Butterfly Experiment, it says:

    Butterfly
To see a butterfly in your dream, denotes your need to settle down. Butterflies also signifies creativity, romance, joy and spirituality. You may be undergoing a transformation into a new way of thinking. To see a beautiful colorful butterfly in your dream, denotes the positive impression you will make at a future social gathering.

I think it’s not only when you see a butterfly in your dream, it could be happen in real life. Like what Rob said here, I am transforming my life, consciously.

Seeing what had happen in my life recently, anyone who knows me for more than 5 years will tells me he noticed the changes in me, the way I think, the way I talk, and the way I react and response with any incidents that happen to me. I am transforming from a little innocent, superficial, boastful, manic, despair person, to a more steady, mature, positive and well manage person.

The experiment is not only letting us a chance to experience on how to attract the butterfly or any other things into our life, but an inevitable life journey that we are going to face day after day.

The biggest lesson that I learned, from life, is what mentioned in the day three of the Butterfly Experiment - Forgiveness. For it given me peace in mind; for it given me the courage to go on; for it letting me to feel love; for it mold me to become a better person.

It says: “If you take a look at the emotional guidance scale you may find yourself resonating in anger, disappointment or resentment. Choose to forgive. Forgiveness frees you from those emotions, and in that release (even the small ones) you make room for goodness, abundance, and beauty to flow into your life.”

It’s indeed. Holding on to anger or keeping your angry is like putting the poison into your own mouth, but thinking that the person you are angry with is going to die soon. But the one who die, is the one who swallow the poison! And the one being angry with maybe didn’t even know you are angry with him!

And so I learn, learn to let go, learn to forgive. And so I am transforming, from a person full of bitterness and resentments, to a person that always looking at the bright side, for it gives a second chance to others, and a second chance to myself.

The experiment started with Gratitude in day one, it says “it’s gratitude day! That means it’s time to get excited about your life, and all that you have been blessed with.”. True enough, we need to know how to appreciate, but not take things for granted. But I’d say Forgiveness should comes first, without the forgiveness, we see no appreciation, without the appreciation, one will not feels gratitude.

In the experiment, it emphasizes again the essential of the forgiveness, here it says again in day ten: “….forgiveness is essential to forward movement in your life… It does not matter how positive you are - if the undercurrent is resentment, that is your dominant vibration.”

Let’s start exercise forgiveness today. Choose to forgive something easy and note how much better you feel.
