The Butterfly Experiment - Day 1
I received my day 1 email early this morning, I was excited by the first butterfly mentioned by my son, and eager to start the experiment.
It’s not an easy day for me in fact, I was being distracted by many other occurrences, the date changed for my interview to a new job, the hemorrhoid (it hurt me so much today, yesterday and day before yesterday were better, but
today it just distracting and annoying.), and the man that I met the other day, and I see no butterfly at all in any form.
But these are not upsetting me, I believe in persistence, and it was a great day indeed, to talk about those butterflies we met in the past with my son while I’m sending him to the kindergarten.
While there are some daily manifesting routine for us, these are truly a great practice that we can do it anywhere at anytime, you might want to try it for your own:
1. Meditation - The Sacred Heart Meditation (excerpted from the newsletter)
With your eyes open, take 3 deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. Fill your lungs to capacity, and imagine that you are inhaling love itself. Imagine that you are breathing in sunshine.
On the 3rd breath, close your eyes upon exhale.
With your eyes now closed, drop your awareness from your head to your heart. With your intention, ask to be focused on your sacred heart. You will have a sense of where this is - somewhere within your heart chakra or heart center.
With intention, focus as much love and gratitude for your creator, your source, God - on your sacred heart. (If you feel challenged at first finding your sacred heart, your physical heart is just as perfect)
Stay focused, in love and gratitude for the source of all love, for 5 minutes.
At the end of your meditation, with your eyes still closed, inhale 3 times, filling your lungs to capacity with love, breathing in sunshine. On the 3rd breath, exhale and open your eyes.
While I followed the instruction by firstly doing the meditation, I did this some time when I was in my yoga class, I felt the warm starting from the center of my heart while I am requesting God granted me the unconditional love, it felt so good to be filled with the warm throughout my whole body.
2. 17 Seconds of visualization - Abraham says it, we are the creator, if you can visualize the butterfly vividly (or just a simple thought), without contradicting it, hold it with your sensations for at least 17 seconds, it will then resonate with another thought that like it. At precisely the 17 seconds point, these two thoughts will joined, it will become one bigger, more evolved, faster vibrating thought. And the longer you can hold it without contradicting it, with positive energy, it will then becomes big enough to affect physical manifestation.
3. Practice The Law of Detachment - simply let go the thought after the above practices, as if you hold it tight, it only shows that you are afraid of losing it, and comes it shows the scarcity in you.
That’s all for today first journal, it’s not an end but it just started nicely, and the journal will be continued …
